Stand construction

Wednesday, April 25, 2012 to Friday, April 27, 2012 from 07.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m.

Build-up (aisle carpets)

Friday, April 27, 2012: Aisles must be kept clear for carpet laying from 6 p.m. No use of vehicles and forklift trucks inside the halls after aisle carpets have been laid.

Opening hours for exhibitors

April 28 to May 01, 2012 daily         8.30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Deliveries to the open air ground:   8.30 to 9.30 a.m., 6.30 to 7.30 p.m.

Opening hours for visitors

April 28 to May 01, 2012 daily        10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Dismantling period

Parking

Exhibitors have the option to park inside of the exhibition ground and rent space next to the halls. Please be aware of the fact that parking is limited. Therefore, please order in time with form no. 7.

Visitor Parking is free of charge.

Press tour

Friday 27, 2012. It is not a formal press day. Stand construction is possible

Partition walls

The booking of stand space basically comes without walls. If you require any walls please order with form no. 11 - partition walls.

Floor covering

The use of floor covering is obligatory.

Terms of payment

50 % of the overall amount will be charged immediately. Rest payment is required until April 01, 2012. Invoices issued after April 01, 2012, immediately have to be fully paid.
(Please use direct-debit mandate for credit cards, form no.1).

Exhibitor passes

Free exhibitor passes will be distributed as follows: up to 15 sqm stand space 3 exhibitor passes, for each additional 15 sqm stand space 1 pass, however no more than a total of 21 passes.

Stand activities and noise levels

Shows or presentations on the stand need to be approved by the exhibition management and may not exceed a maximum sound level of 75dB. After issuing one warning, the organiser reserves the right to prohibit the show and to turn off the power supply or close the stand if necessary.
